As specialists in dinner party catering Murrays kitchen will put together the perfect combination of courses to create a night of fabulous food to remember, whilst you enjoy the invited company and real peace of mind that everything is in safe hands.

Service is attentive and cleaning down is done discreetly, leaving your kitchen as if nothing ever happened.

When it comes to home entertaining Murrays kitchen is hard to beat!

Our freshly made and scrumptious canapés are the ideal way to start off your event, below are some of our most popular canapés, however don’t worry if you can’t see your favourite ones because we can provide exactly what you want for your event.

  - Crispy skinned chicken supreme on a bed of creamed leeks, peas and bacon, fondant potato and shallot jus. -

  - Pan roasted salmon fillet on skordalia potatoes, buttered broccolini and asparagus, Blood orange glaze.  -

  - Braised beef cheek in a classic Bourguignonne sauce with roasted garlic potato puree, buttered green beans and confit of tomato.  -

  - Braised pork belly with crackling, black pudding and sage mash potatoes, Apple sauce and seasonal vegetables.  -

  - Chargrilled Sirloin steak with truffled wild mushrooms, garlic roasted baby potatoes, warm baby spinach and cherry tomato salad and pepper brandy sauce.   -

  - Baked cod fillet with a herb and Parmesan crumb on a Asparagus and spinach risotto with a roasted red pepper coulis.   -

All good things come to an end, but every end deserves to be crowned with glory! From hearty puds to the lightest of lemon posset at Murray’s kitchen we ensure this course is always something to be proud off!
