Terms & Conditions

  1. Advance bookings are essential as all food is prepared in my EHO inspected kitchen.

  2. Platters along with any bowls, lids or props will be collected the following day, all items must be kept or an additional charge will be payable.

  3. All food is kept chilled during transport. to comply with the UK food safety standards agency it is the responsibility of the client to dispose of any of our platters, buffets and grazing tables after 4 hours if kept unrefrigerated . All of our food should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours.

  4. A 50% non - refundable deposit is required on the day of booking to secure your chosen date. Final balance is required to be settled two weeks prior to the event.

  5. A full breakdown of your event will be provided detailing final menu, extra services and additional delivery fees ( if required) where necessary to confirm your order.

  6. Murray’s Kitchen is fully insured and has a food hygiene certificate.
