Murrays kitchen is a small and friendly team headed up by myself( Scott Murray) with over 30 years experience working as a Chef in first class establishments around the world from my formative Chef training years in 5 Star de luxe hotels in London to fine dining restaurants in Jersey, Cape Town and Sydney.
